Are you a Bargain Hunter?  Do you avoid paying full price for anything?  I appreciate all my readers and I would love to hear your savings tips, stories, etc!

    I save money by using coupons when I grocery shop. I also buy only what is on sale that week and what is needed for meals. I can feed a family of four on thiry dollars a week very easily.

    My best frugal tip is that I do a lot of shopping online and before purchasing, I do a search on prices for that item and I also look to see if there is any coupon/discount codes available for the store.

    I use sites like Groupon or Living Social to get deals on things I know I will use, particularly kids things. We also have lots of birthday parties throughout the year, so I pick up discounted gifts on sites like Totsy and Zulily.

    My frugal tip is definitely coupons are your friends! They are your paper made money savers that if combined correctly, can save you a great deal of money :) Look for them in your local papers, at your grocery store, and online.

    I clip coupons - from newspapers, magazines, online and USE them religiously. I make a list when going to the grocery store - check out the sales at all the local stores, match coupons and stick to the list. I usually average around a 30% savings from just doing that.

    We switched to a primarily vegetarian diet. It has saved quite a bit on our grocery bills. We do occasionally eat meat, but will often go out for that. We have meatless menus that we rotate to keep things interesting.

    Clip/print coupons and plan meals around what is on sale that week. I have tremendously reduced our food expenses this way. Takes a little extra time but I love good bargain hunting!

    Some of the things we're doing right now to save money is: we're doing the BP Thank You Days rewards program - we've gotten $30 in gift cards from BP; every three or four months I email the companies of our favorite products and request coupons; and I participate in rewards programs like MyPoints, Swagbucks, and Irazoo.

    the local thirt store has 50% off and some items 2 for one every last Sat. of the month...closer to the end of Apr and May I'll take the grandkids down and look for next years winter snowsuits and boots...great deals since the kids usely only get one season out of them

    I have a new baby, so I love using coupons from Baby and Parenting magazines to save on diapers from Amazon Mom - can get some great discounts AND free shipping! I also stock up on items I need that go on sale with extra care bucks from CVS then turn around and use them on formula - I usually get it for free!!

    I get everything on clearance and I can't resist a great deal, but I've found a great way to save money is to hold off on buying those great deals until you think for a minute if you really NEED the item. It's not a great deal unless it will be used.

    I always use a grocery list, I always use coupons, and I always read the circulars online before I go. Sometimes I see items on clearance that are a better deal, so I cross some things off my list and get the clearance items instead. I save about $5000 each year just by being diligent and paying attention to what I am doing.
